With an intensive background in Communications, Advertising and Public Relations, Garabed began as Vision-X in 1999. In 2008, he formed Setravision. In 2009, Garabed welcomed his colleague and Digital Media Designer, Lesley Weiman as Marketing & Design Specialist.
In the summer of 2000, Garabed joined Cambridge Community Access Television (CCTV) as an Editing Consultant and Software Instructor. In 2002, he received CCTV's "Rudy Award" for 'Service above and beyond the call of duty', and in 2003, he received CCTV's "Teacher of the Year" award. Presently, he continues to hold beginner and advanced workshops in iMovie, iDVD, Final Cut Pro HD & Photoshop.
In the Spring of 2005, Garabed joined the instructors team at the Pottruck Technology Resource Center at Simmons College, where he teaches workshops in beginner and advanced techniques in Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Flash, InDesign and iMovie.
